Late March Farm Walk
As we near the end of March, it feels like time to think about seeding peas and carrots outside, and definitely time to prep tunnel space for spring green seeding. A year ago, on March 25 of 2022, we did a farm walk- and the garlic wasn't up yet, cover crop was, the ground was mostly bare, and high tunnels were readily accessible.: That was then, this is now: Obviously, it will be a while before we can get in a high tunnel or before garlic will see the light of day. We didn't know this would happen when we decided not to do a spring greens CSA this year, but the decisions seems wise now.
